AuSC offers a free orientation session to the new students in April and September. The orientation session is designed to introduce students to studying in Australia and the support provided by the Australian Sovereign College. The topics may cover housing, transportation, healthcare, banking, employment, safety, education system and cultural awareness for students.

AuSC organises frequent Social Networking Events and invites multiple stakeholders such as English Club, Tasmanian Multicultural Council and supports international students. This program focused the combination of international students and build a bridge between local employers and international students.
Officer offers free personalised support and assistance to international students who are experiencing difficulties in adjusting to life as a student. This includes confidential counselling and advice.
TasCare International Student Support Officer can provide appropriate guidance and he also can to refer students to other services for further support and help on topics financial or legal issues.
